Welcome to Swipepic – Photo Cleanup & Storage Cleaner ("Swipepic", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using Swipepic, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Swipepic is designed to help users manage and clean up their photo libraries by detecting duplicate, blurry, or unwanted photos and optimizing storage.

By using Swipepic, you agree to:

• Use the App only for personal and lawful purposes

• Not misuse or interfere with the App’s operations

• Not modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the App or its features

• Not access or attempt to access any data not intended for you

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the App for anyone who violates these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or legal guardian consent.

3. Access to Photos & Permissions

To perform its core functions, Swipepic requires permission to access your device's Photo Library. This access allows the app to analyze your photos locally to detect duplicates, blurry images, or large files.

Note: We do not upload, share, or store your personal photos on any server. All photo processing is done entirely on your device.

You can manage or revoke these permissions at any time by visiting:
Settings > Privacy > Photos on your iOS device.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including text, graphics, code, logos, features, and software—is the property of Appster Studioand is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Subscription & Payments (If Applicable)

Some features may be offered through a paid subscription. If applicable:

• Pricing, billing cycle, and terms will be clearly displayed in the App

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Subscription management and cancellation can be handled via your Apple ID account settings

Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple App Store policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

6. Privacy Policy

Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it to understand your rights and responsibilities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted

• All duplicates or unwanted photos will be identified correctly

• Using the App will not affect your storage or photo quality in unintended ways

You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Appster Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• Data loss

• Device performance issues

• Inaccurate photo deletions

• Service interruptions

Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount you paid (if any) for accessing premium features of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time without notice

• Modify or discontinue the App or any part of its functionality

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat for any disputes related to these Terms or your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise or update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will take effect when posted in the App. Your continued use of Swipepic following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
